torin-sifan has worked very closely for a number of years with various market sectors, particularly the European Residential and Light Commercial Ventilation industry establishing ourselves as a very innovative organisation.

Over the last five years especially, the Western European Ventilation industry has come under intense pressure to adopt energy saving equipment in response to European legislation (The Energy Performance in Buildings Directive), local legislation and impending legislation (the Energy Using Products Directive).

To ensure the industry can meet these carbon reduction challenges, torin-sifan has responded by developing a range of motors to cater not only for the market demand, but in a manner that gives various choices to our customers in how they apply our motorised impellers to their final product.

These products/ choices include:

• Three motor sizes ranging from 52-92mm outside diameter.
• Output powers from 30-300W.
• 24-48V DC, 325V Hall Effect Only or 230V EC Versions
• EC Versions can have full onboard integrated electronics
• EC Versions can also have separate electronics pcb for remote mounting from motor
• Our Electronics/ software can be used in conjunction with other Electronics manufacturers
• Constant speed, volume or pressure software available.
• Added value electronics are available to support our products

The goal of torin-sifan is to make the full range of solutions available to our customers to give you total flexibility on how you meet your objectives in the manner you prefer.

The EC Motors that drive this product range are fully produced in our factory in the UK. The motors are wound on our in-house winding machines. Electronics are designed and developed by torin-sifan. The motors are fully assembled in-house and make their way to the ‘POD’ production line for assembly into the final fan for our customers.

These motors can have the full range of backward & forward curved impellers pressed on to them in sizes typically ranging from 133-315mm.
