AC & Brushless DC/ EC Motors

To support our product range torin-sifan produces in-house a range of motor types as follows;

• AC Shaded Pole Motors
• Brushless Low Voltage DC Motors
• Mains 230V EC brushless motors

These products are of course used in a number of our complete fan assemblies, however they are also available to be purchased either as motor only or motor assembly including brackets/ AV’s etc. Indeed, we also in a number of instances take free issue parts from our customers and assemble the motor as part of their assembly, this is something we would be happy to discuss if it creates value for our customers.

Key features of our Brushless Motor range includes;

• Three motor sizes ranging from 52-92mm outside diameter.
• Output powers from 30-300W.
• 24-48V DC, 325V Hall Effect Only or 230V EC Versions
• EC Versions can have full onboard integrated electronics
• EC Versions can also have separate electronics pcb for remote mounting from motor
• Our Electronics/ software can be used in conjunction with other Electronics manufacturers
• Constant speed, volume or pressure software available.

• 19mm, 25mm, 32mm & 38mm lamination pack height as standard
• Sleeve bearings
• Self aligning ball bearings
• Controllable via transformer
• Shaft diameter, 6mm as standard
• Two speeds available
• 110V/60Hz & 230/50Hz models available
