Energy Efficient Direct Drive Programmable Fans
torin-sifan has established itself as the leading producer of Direct Drive fans in Europe. This is based on a production pedigree which dates back to the early 1960’s when we first started producing these fans at our facility in the UK.
Our Direct Drive Programmable fans are an innovative alternative to traditional Direct Drive fans focussed on achieving the same airflow performance as the traditional models but with extremely close control and therefore optimised lower energy consumption than the traditional equivalents.
These products can be individually programmed for constant volume, constant speed or constant pressure to meet very specifically your individual requirements. Up-to 31 different airflows are possible with a given programme with 16 operating points evenly spread on each of the 31 curves.
The products accept a single phase input into the onboard integrated inverter which converts the supply to a three phase output to the motor offering inherent power consumption and noise benefits. Flexibility exists regarding control options with 0-10V, 4-20Ma (for BMS linking) or indeed by dipswitches. All programming is done via software loaded onto any modern computer.
Our range includes as standard motor sizes ranging from 373W to 1.2Kw in the majority of normal Industry standard sizes However, a key feature of trading with torin-sifan is our ability to produce non-standard versions. We therefore encourage you to talk through your requirements directly with us allowing our Engineers the ability to advise on how we can meet your needs either with standard product or custom specific.
