Welcoming the next generation of engineers

We are very pleased to welcome Mark Crasto and Thomas Newland to our Engineering Team! By welcoming the next generation of engineers into our business, we will be able to embed new and innovative ideas to better serve our customers’ requirements for the future.

Mark recently graduated from the University of Sussex and is now our new Mechanical Engineer. Mark commented on his experience so far by saying, “During my induction period I’ve had the chance to shadow different team members and get a feel of the different areas within the engineering team. I’ve also had the chance to go out onto the shop floor and see first-hand how different products are manufactured and assembled from start to finish. With an ever-increasing demand in the HVAC industry, I’m eager to get stuck in and be part of Torin-Sifan to create and develop highly efficient and customised air movement products.”

Thomas recently completed his MSc from the University of Bath and is now our new Electronics Engineer. When asked about his experience so far, Thomas responded by saying, “I have really enjoyed my time at the company so far. Everyone I have met so far has been very friendly and welcoming and I am surrounded by some very knowledgeable individuals who are always happy to explain things or to have a friendly chat. I am looking forward to learning and developing my skills as an engineer and working on some very interesting projects.”
